Get Married at the lake

Our Eldest son Ryan and his wife Maryana married at our properties back in 2009, both families got together with friends, spent a weekend getting to know each other and a great time was had by all.

Our business has grown and we have added more homes since then.  Our daughter Elizabeth got married in the fall of 2014 and wanted a larger wedding with  60 people. We needed a building. We had bought a property that came with a large building that would require a lot of work to get it ready for a wedding. Our daughter, as well as us, had been to enough barn weddings and wanted something that offered what we called, "Country Elegance". We wanted the doors open to the beautiful shaded outdoors. If it was warm, we wanted to be able to run air conditioning to cool things, if cool, the heat.  Most of all, we wanted a clean, functional hall  that would offer an un-traditional wedding venue, that would be remembered for a lifetime. We think we accomplished that goal.
We started building in early 2014 and landscaped the event hall. Being a Master Electrician and a Builder allows me to have a vision most people simply don't possess (hey, I threw it in for my ego).
We built the hall with vaulted ceilings, crown mold and bead board wainscoting. The lighting options inside and out are near endless with ceiling lighting hidden behind the crown mold and two crystal chandeliers as well as a multitude of dimmable outside lighting to create the mood you want. The outside covered area is large enough to dance on. Fire pit, tiki torches and his and her bathrooms complete the wedding.
The stained concrete floor is an attractive addition and looks stunning with tables set up with dishes, table cloths and centerpieces.
Our daughter's wedding took place in Oct of 2014. It went off without a hitch and  both families along with all friends  had a great and memorable time,  we also developed a relationship that is not normally possible with a more traditional wedding venue. You could say the families became friends, making future events much less strenuous and a lot more fun!
After hearing all the positive feedback from the guests we thought of offering the "weekend wedding" . We went online and searched and searched ad were unable to find anything remotely close to what we offer.   6 beautiful homes, 5 within easy walking distance. Nicely landscaped with a nighttime lightshow that always seems to amaze our guests.  Guests can unwind by fishing, kibitzing or kayaking .
We have a unique Venue, one that isn't for everyone, and we don't want it to be. We are located in the country on a pristine and beautiful lake, we are on a dirt road.  While we cannot offer the services of a large city venue we feel we are quite proficient at offering a venue that is sure to be a memory maker for the Bride, Groom and family
The hall offers Wi-Fi as well as cable television.
In addition, we have full time staff that assures our properties are kept in great condition and ready to serve you during your event.
We hold our Maximum capacity to 60 people. Prices vary dependent on guests totals and amount of homes rented.
